- 1 Can Artichokes, drained and coarsely chopped
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated ½ Cup Pecorina Cheese, grated 2/3 Cup Good quality mayonnaise (not sweet) Pinch of Garlic Powder

METHOD:
Mix all ingredients and place in oven proof serving dish.
Bake in pre-heated oven 180 C for 30 minutes.
Serve with Melba Rounds or other light cracker.
