- 1 Cup chopped radishes
- ¼ Cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ Cup chopped green onions (spring onions)
- 1-2 Tablespoons of finely chopped fresh mint
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
METHOD:
Toss all ingredients together; serve on a bed of butter lettuce.
