Congratulations to our winemaker, daughter Mary -Lou on passing the Tasting Presentation exam for the Cape Wine Masters.

She presented various styles of Shiraz from different areas of South Africa and from the Rhone and Australia.

Her conclusion was that South Africa was unlike either Australia or Hermitage but somewhere in between. Ourflavours and styles vary enormously with soils and meso climates.
